What will you do

As a Platform Manager intern, you will be part of the Customer Success Team and focus on optimizing customer satisfaction and engagement. Your responsibilities include onboarding new customers to our digital platform, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and assisting in making processes more efficient and automated. You will play a vital role in striving to continuously improve our service.

Who are you?

• You are studying at a college or university, preferably a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• You are looking for an internship starting February 1, 2024 (earlier or later in consultation).
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in the use of digital tools and platforms.
• You have a proactive and independent working attitude.
• Affinity with the real estate market is a plus.
