Implement tools for customer support when the only thing on site is a phone with the Ingy app. This is not just implementations of screens, it’s fundamental architecture that enables a very smooth customer support infrastructure. We need to find a common abstraction (can be MQTT, can be something else) that allows us to interface seamlessly with Ingy systems from everywhere.
Ingy has on-boarded dozens of manufacturers that produce thousands of products with Ingy firmware on-board. Each of these products can be licensed. Naively, one would contact a licensing server and put a license on each product which is tied to something identifying that product. However, those manufacturers can have factories that are air-gapped and don’t reach the internet.
