About the role:
For the Business Data internship, we are looking for new talent! The internship vacancy is a full-time position where you will spend 3 days per week on contract management and 2 days working on a project. 
In this role you will be an intern in a fast paced global healthcare business – and accountable for:
• Restructuring of contract & claim data into a standardized template;
• Proactively collecting necessary data and effectively communicating with all teams involved; ensuring that all the communication between IT and Business runs smoothly and transparently;
• Support various data and process management activities in relation to data handling.
• Data input and structuring of the claims, contracts and mapping data. 
• Ensuring contract & claim data is in place and uploaded to the database in a correct manner taking into account the guidelines from Finance & Sales teams; 
• Support Finance & Sales teams in indicating potential risks arising from the contracts/contract storage process. The risks need to be fully identified and reported;
• Align with and support contract management team;
• Prepare documentation considering contract and claim uploading procedures;

Two days per week we will offer you a unique learning experience where you will have an opportunity to acquire knowledge & work on an interesting project in the area of Commercial excelence/Contract management. 

You will learn, contribute and be part of a high performing BPA & BU Retail team.Requirements:
• IT, Economy or Business student
• Knowledge in business software tools is a preference (e.g.: SAP)
• Experience in business supporting is an advantage
• Affinity within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a plus
• Have ambition to (eventually) develop a career in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally.
• Proficiency in Dutch language
