Help us automate our 'Business as Usual' reporting


Through assessment of our needs vs our current reports develop an interim and/or permanent automated process and solution

Objective / Purpose of the Job:

To assess the regular reporting, presentation and communication needs within Global Customer Technology.

To create interim and/or permanent automated processes and solutions to support these needs (ie automated Business as Usual reports and slide decks)

To enhance current collaborative tools to cover present need as well as prepare for future scope and enable for transition to corporate collaborative tools under development.

Scope: Geo - Global and Regional

Stakeholders: Senior Vice President IT, Vice President IT, Managing Director IT, Manager IT, Customer Solutions Specialists (CT) - CT (Customer Technology) and IT (Information Technology). Business Partners within other functions

Preferred Educational Experience and/or Knowledge:

Fulltime student status

Studies: Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Informatica, Business IT & Management; Business Management, Office Management, Technische Informatica or any studies directed towards the development of oganizational skills, data management, project management, business process analyses, software engineering….

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills:

Good command in written and spoken English

(Strong)analytical and data manipulation capabilities

(Strong)working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Creative and communication skills

Cross-cultural awareness to enable working in an international environment

Self learning attitude

Organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work with deadlines

High awareness of confidentiality
