The Role:

As a GRC Solutions Intern, you will be part of the Legal Department, reporting to the Business Process Architect. The primary purpose of the Process Architecture function is to ensure Irdeto’s management system is fit for purpose and enables an effective and efficient Governance, Risk and Control framework. You will work closely with Legal Ops Support, responsible for the configuration and management of the Legal Department’s technology solutions. 

Your mission at Irdeto: 

Assisting in the development, configuration, improvement and management of Irdeto’s GRC solutions and related business processes in order to drive efficiency, compliance and cross-functional collaboration. 

The GRC processes in scope may include: 

• Business Process Management 

• Document Management, 

• Risk and Control Management, 

• Business Continuity Management, 

• Audit Management. 

The processes are to be supported by a GRC solution utilizing Office365 and/or OneTrust, including Workflows, Notifications, Reminders, Dashboards and Reporting functionality. 

You will be applying your knowledge and skills within an international workplace whilst undertaking a global, cross-functional project which can in turn expand your professional network. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recommending and implementing improvements of GRC solutions and business processes. 

• Gathering GRC solution requirements in order to efficiently support the business processes. 

• Finding and implementing opportunities to automate GRC business processes. 

• Supporting development and configuration of GRC solutions. 

• Design and build management dashboards and reporting. 

How you can add value to the team? 

• You are at least a 3rd year student Business Information Technology & Management, Business Process Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance or similar fields.  

• Effective English written and verbal communication skills. 

• You are available for an internship for 5+ months. 

• You are available at least 4 days a week. 

• Strong analytical skills, able to collect, structure, analyze and present data. 

• Knowledge of and experience with Office365 applications such as SharePoint document management and workflow tools is preferred. 

• Tech-savvy and open to learning new applications and systems. 

• Solution orientated 

• Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of matters.  

• Working efficiently is key and you know how to organize yourself and find value in helping others do the same. 

• An appropriate amount of grit and creativeness along with an appropriate sense of humor!
