Cyber Security Track

In this era of interconnected devices, safeguarding user data and ensuring privacy is of paramount importance. As a Cybersecurity Intern at Saivvy, you will be at the helm of ensuring the safety and security of our innovative SAFEBIRD system. You will work on fortifying the communication of data, particularly the video streams, and ensuring that the AI software and the entire application on our IoT devices are securely encrypted. Your role will also encompass securing all communication protocols within our ecosystem. Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments will be a part of your responsibilities to ensure our system remains resilient against potential cyber threats.Join us as we work on not just making cycling safer, but also securing the data and privacy of our users.

Deliverables:

• Develop and implement strategies for encrypting communication data, with a particular focus on video streams
• Implement encryption methods for the AI software and the entire application within the IoT device
• Ensure that all communication protocols within the app and between devices are securely encrypted
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and weaknesses

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Independent and proactive attitude with a strong interest in cybersecurity and secure software development
• Strong programming skills, particularly in languages widely used in cybersecurity like Python or C++
• Familiarity with encryption algorithms and secure communication protocols is a plus
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability assessment tools, and IoT security is highly beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving skills: Ensuring robust cybersecurity measures in a complex app involves solving various technical challenges
