About the role
Are you looking for an appealing internship where you can take your own skills to the next level? Then you should consider this internship at Cognizant! For our Digital Studio (including new GenAI Lab) in Amsterdam, we offer a very appealing internship to create or improve different technology demo stacks that support the overall studio experience. This includes technology like Generative AI, Immersive tech, software development (full-stack) and other IT and AV technology to support our studio experience. Besides, we also offer the opportunity to work on specific GenAI projects like our Gen AI Photobooth or other cases.

We are looking for an eager and motivated student who is not afraid to learn. You know how to organize your work and make connections needed to progress. You are interested in emerging technology and the possibilities this brings. You have a practical mindset combined with plenty of creativity and initiative. Innovation is your passion. You are proactive in communicating and cooperating within a team and know what is needed to finish the project. Next to this, you are:
- Preferably looking for an internship/project of around 20 weeks
- Preferably available to start on the 1st of September 2025 or earlier
- You are a second or third year higher vocational (HBO) student in a subject like Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Or you are a 4th year student looking for a graduation internship.
- You follow trends and developments in digital, you are interested in emerging technologies like AI/GenAI, Cloud computing and modern software development.
- You have already experience in basic networking, operating systems (windows, linux), software development (like python, javascript, react), Cloud API services and GenAI tooling.
We provide freedom and space to contribute your point of view. Part of the internships is a monthly allowance of EUR 500,- gross.
