During this assignment, you will have the opportunity to build up JOZ's quality reporting by combining various sources such as warranty claims, robot logging, user feedback and machine tests into a clear dashboard where the most important data is quickly visible and details can be found by clicking through.
The main objectives of this assignment are:
- Analysis of data sources
- Identify which data is relevant in the various systems within JOZ that have to do with quality.
- Combining sources
- Think about how and which sources we can combine to arrive at reliable quality insights.
- Think about how data can be combined and how we include the interval of data collection
- Designing reports
- With the available data sources, you go to stakeholders to determine what they would like to see.
- You think about which data is shown, what is the main and secondary issue and how navigation between reports works.
- Prototyping and implementation
- You build data sources for the combined data that are updated at regular intervals
- You make a first version of a number of reports to indicate what they will look like.
