About the program

The Launch Pad program has been created to support the brightest graduates at the start of their career development. It will be an 8-week journey, after which you will join one of our competitive teams.  

After the Launch Pad technical onboarding, you will work on a real project for one of our customers. During this learning process, you will be equipped with training courses on Technology, Agile methodologies and more. Besides, you will have a learning buddy to help you through the process.

Last but not least, you will have a lot of fun at our social events to meet the whole Mobiquity Team. Work hard, play hard!

Education

• HBO, Bachelor or Master degree? Any of them qualifies you for the "job".

• If you do not have any studies in the field, you are extremely motivated and passionate about IT, dare to try! Show us the IT genius inside of you.

Technical Skills

• We know you just graduated, but at the same time, we are sure you used some technologies during your school projects (or maybe in personal projects?). Tell us something about them: what you did, what technologies you used and what you enjoyed most. You don't have to be an expert programmer, but you need to know the basics and be able to prove it

Soft Skills

• "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships." - Michael Jordan. Show us that you are a team player and become a champion together with us

• You probably have a lot of things to say and great ideas to share, we need you to speak up and to do it in English.

• A bit of chaos can be fun, but let's stay organized. Structure everything now and you will find / understand afterward .find / understand easier afterward

• Your supervisor is not in the office and you do not have anything to do? Be learn something new, ask your colleagues if you can help them with something, be proactive. curious,

• This is a program dedicated to young graduates, so we'd prefer you to have maximum one year work experience
