Collecting, analysing and visualizing Key Performance Indicators of Agile Development teams

Goal of the project is creating a dashboard showing how the various Agile Development teams perform. Data the company is thinking of are for example:

  • Number of releases per month
  • Percentage successful builds
  • Cycle time
  • Test coverage
  • Sprint burndown
  • Code quality
  • Etc.

The data will be collected by connecting with API’s of the relevant core systems such as JIRA, SonarQube and Bamboo, after which they will be statistically analysed and shown in a comprehensive way by the tool.

The purpose of this is to give insight to the teams and to other stakeholders on the development performance and identify areas of potential improvement.
