At Zimmerman you will learn to play an assisting role in understanding how data has become an essential asset in the minds of our clients and partners and our open source data systems play a key role in some major organisations around the world. You are an eager learner with the capacity to assist in the production of existing back-end services that are built using Python, Django and Java.

  • Review existing assets for our data services and projects
  • Research ML libraries
  • Assist our Senior ML Engineer on current machine learning services implenented by us
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to assist in the creation of additional end-to-end features for our open source data service
  • Learn to distill and visualize complex data sets and attributes into summarizing visual views as part of gaining data knowledge
  • Define, create and improve the tools and processes that accelerate workflows for the developers.

Review existing assets for our data services and projects

Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to assist in the development of additional end-to-end featuresd for our open source data services

Learn to distill and visualize complex data sets and attributes into summarizing information views as part of gaining data knowledge

Define, create and improve the tools and processes that accelerate workflows for the developers as part of our CI/CD optimisations.

You have

  • Relevant academic background
  • Experience working within Agile is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and operate in a small international team
