We are looking for an intern (bachelor/master/WO/HBO) who loves coding, has a great attention to details and a natural passion for beautifully crafted UI. We want someone willing to take the challenge of working in a small team and deliver a cross platform application that runs on virtual reality devices, smartphones and desktop computers.

Who are we?

Warp VR is a young, innovative ambitious startup with a great passionate team of around 8 people. We’ve found the most effective way of learning with VR through story-based and interactive scenarios.  We create software to enable the creation of these scenarios based on interactive 360˚ videos. We have put aircraft engineers in a hangar that is on fire for evacuation training. We have put medical staff in a CPR scenario to save the guy who collapsed. Or you can show us how you handle angry customers in a phone store. 

So you guys make software?

That's right! We build software enabling customers to create and distribute their own high impact VR experiences. Our software consists of a web platform; Warp Studio which is connected to our mobile app for iOS, Android, Pico and Oculus. In Warp Studio VR scenarios are being designed and via the apps one can play those scenarios.

Clients using our software are big names: we are happy to have KLM, Shell, Erste Bank, and the dutch Fire Department to name a few as our clients.

We develop the same product for all our clients. So we do not work for a specific client. Quality is very important to us. We don't set deadlines for individual clients, everything we develop is immediate for everyone. That makes working with us so impactful.

What do we expect from you?

• You are experienced with Unity and C#

• You have the ability to clearly comment code and to conform to specific coding standards.

• You love writing reusable, maintainable and expandable code.

• You are eager to learn and able to work independently.

• We work with the latest technologies, you want to keep up and enlighten us.

• You are a go getter who like to get stuff done, but also understands the dynamics of a startup (not everything is clear so you have to want to figure stuff out yourself)

• You are not afraid to be challenged, also in other areas than your own.
