What we are looking for:

Our commercial team is looking for an (Internship) Sales Support Coordinator to successfully coordinate the delivery of our products to our customers. This role will report to the Commercial Director. The job is located at our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Your role:

You will assist the Commercial Director in all day-to-day activities. You will assist with preparations for sales meetings with clients and will help keep the sales portals updated for reporting purposes. You will play a key role in the after sales funnel, documenting the deals and helping to set-up the legal and finance structure for new clients and new projects. You will become a main point of contact for the commercial team for various internal teams (development, management, legal, finance). You will identify the need for new product features by actively scouting for best software development practices and reporting these internally to influence the Product Roadmap to keep our product top of the line. You will help to provide reports on client performance to finance and management departments. You will help the Commercial Director and CEO to set-up the expanding commercial department to take the company to the next level.

Job requirements:

·       HBO CE (Commercial Economics), Sales & Marketing.

·       Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

·       Knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Proactive and quick learner.

·       Accurate.

·       Willingness to interact directly with customers and partners with various cultural backgrounds.

·       Affinity with technology, PaaS/SaaS solutions.

·       Affinity with Media and Entertainment, Video-On-Demand.

·       A fulltime role (40-hours per week) for 6 months.
