What will you do? 

We are seeking a HBO-ICT student who is excited about working with data. During this project, you will be diving into technologies on tracking and documenting the movement of data throughout our organisation and the organisation of our clients. This will include identifying the sources of data, the processes it goes through, and the ultimate destination of the data. 

Responsibilities: 

• Automate the tracking and documenting of the movement of data throughout the organisations of some of our clients.  
• Identify the sources of data and the processes it goes through.  
• Automate the development of data lineage diagrams and documentation.  
• Work with teams across our organisation and the organisations of our clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date data lineage information. 

You will be part of the Data Tech team that supports leading companies with transformations to become a data-driven organisation, in various development stages of their data strategy. In addition, we help them in exploiting opportunities such as analytics, machine learning, as well as data- & application integrations. We intensively use the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.

Requirements: 

• Experience working with data. 
• Understanding of data governance and management.  
• Knowledge of data lineage tools and techniques (would be a plus). 

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with data at some point during their time as a student and has some understanding of data governance and management. Knowledge of data lineage tools and techniques is also a plus.
