If you have a love for snowboarding, we are offering you the opportunity to join our Web development team at our Amsterdam HQ. If you're looking to gain practical experience in frontend development, we have the perfect internship for you! At Low Pressure Studio, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced outdoor sports professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You'll contribute to maintaining and improving our three web shops, diving into the world of e-commerce, and expanding your skills in frontend development: 

  • Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly and visually appealing website updates 
  • Optimize the user interface and user experience of our three web shops 
  • Help design and develop data driven interactive tools such as 3D and video viewers, galleries and product recommendation tools. 
  • Work using modern UX patterns and CSS techniques such as scroll effects and animation. 
  • Ensure responsive design and compatibility across various devices and browsers 
  • Help maintain accurate product data and develop clean data structures to enhance the functionality of our e-commerce platforms|

About you 

  • Studying in a relevant Bachelor degree (Informatica/Computer science, Media Design, Multimedia design, Media & Technologie) or other relevant programs  
  • You’re already based in or can easily relocate to the Netherlands,  
  • You’re able to work in or have visa that allows working from the Netherlands 
  • Enthusiasm for web development and a strong desire to learn 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript 
  • Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma or something similar is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks is a plus 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities 
  • A passion for snowboarding or outdoor sports is a bonus but not required
