Churned, a young and growing AI SaaS company based in Amsterdam, is seeking an HR/Operations intern to play a vital role in professionalizing our HR, Administrative, and Learning & Development (L&D) functions. This role is not just about setting up processes and implementing tools; it's about actively participating in and enhancing these processes to enable our teams to excel in their roles.

Churned was launched in January 2020 by a Professor of Data Science, his former master student, and his commercial brother. Today, we are a leading provider of an advanced AI SaaS solution used by Customer Success and marketing teams. As we aim for (international) growth, funded by investors, we are ready for the next step, and we want you on board!

What You´ll Do:

• Participate in developing and implementing a 360 employee review and productivity growth plan.
• Be involved in the rollout of Leapsome, an innovative IT solution for HR, feedback, productivity, and company culture. Learn more about the “People Enablement Platform” Leapsome here.
• Play a key role in introducing LinearB to improve tech-staff productivity and mentoring.
• Help coordinate and shape Churned's Learning and Development (L&D) program, collaborating with DataCamp, internal teams, and external providers.
• Utilize and manage innovative IT solutions to streamline the L&D program.
• Take on a variety of operational and administrative tasks, contributing significantly to the efficiency of the organization.

Who We're Looking For:

• Available as working intern (not a research report) 
• A pro-active motivated individual 
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business IT and Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Someone comfortable taking the initiative.
• Previous experience in HR, Operations, or a similar role is a plus.
