LIMA HOTEL is a Hilversum-based innovation hub where a growing family of software products is built and taken to market. Under one roof, we develop and refine solutions such as Arkytekt, Fluent, Kourze, LetsSync, Order Lab, Skenr, Test case manager, Youze and Zaldo each tackling a real problem, from multi-currency financial insight to family logistics, on a shared, modern platform. Lima Hotel brings together product thinking, engineering, and hands-on experimentation, with a focus on open-source, European-built technology and lean, efficient operations.

This is a pivotal moment: our products are maturing and moving toward wider use, and we’re excited to offer you a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid mode while gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting. You’ll play a vital role on the team driving this next phase, where your primary responsibility will be to help build and shape the data engineering and analytics foundations that our products and their users will rely on, working directly with the people defining them. As we’re still early in our journey, you’ll also have a real say in the tools and technologies we adopt along the way.

Our Product & Engineering team spans the Netherlands, Pakistan, and beyond, giving you a fantastic chance to engage with diverse cultures and learn best practices from talented colleagues building real software for real users.
